FREE US Shipping: All US orders ship FREE with UPS and USPS with a purchase of $45 or more

- Allow up to 3-8 business days for processing. Free Shipping orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 6 to 12 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. (excludes weekends and holidays).

- You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

- Policy states we are not accountable for packages that are marked as delivered

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.

PRIORITY MAIL

You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for up to $15.50. These packages are processed in 24 or 48 hours order is placed before 1:00 PM PST. These packages should arrive in 3-6 business days, but delivery times are not guaranteed. (excludes weekends and holidays).


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in California within 3-8 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. (excludes weekends and holidays).

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more, using USPS, DHL or UPS. All rates are current estimates using our discounted shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US. (excludes weekends and holidays).
