Agreement Between You and Wavegrace

The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). By using www.wavegrace.com, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. Wavegrace operates as an e-commerce platform offering high-quality clothing and accessories at affordable prices.

Wavegrace is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to theft, loss, or misuse of your login credentials.

• Wavegrace reserves the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

• Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Site. Wavegrace does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13 years of age.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, email support@wavegrace.com within 8 hours of placing the order. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

• Cancellation requests are processed only during customer service hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST).

• Requests made outside of the 8-hour window or after standard customer service hours may not be guaranteed and the order may still ship.

• Priority or expedited shipping orders may not be eligible for cancellation after processing.

• Coupons used during the purchase will not be refunded or reissued.

Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 15 calendar days of receiving your order, provided they are in original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached and packaging included.

• Returns will be refunded in the form of a digital gift card.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Important Notes:

• International orders have 20 calendar days for returns.

• Items returned after 15 days may incur a 30% restocking fee, deducted from the store credit issued. Returns older than 20 days will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

• Wavegrace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages.

Limitation of Liability
Wavegrace is not liable for any damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the services provided.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes.

Force Majeure
Wavegrace is not responsible for delays or failures to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, government actions, labor disputes, and supply chain interruptions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Wavegrace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products and services offered are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any claims not resolved through mediation shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

User Responsibilities

• Users agree not to use the Site for unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to distributing malware, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

• Wavegrace reserves the right to report any unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities.
