FREE US SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE shipping on all U.S. orders of $40 or more via UPS or USPS.

Orders are processed within 6–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard delivery typically takes 6–12 business days after processing, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Packages shipped without insurance are not covered for loss or damage.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Please ensure that your shipping address and billing information are entered correctly at checkout.

Wavegrace is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to reshipping fees.

If the billing address does not match the one on file with your bank, additional verification may be required before shipment.
PRIORITY MAIL (Optional Upgrade)

Customers may upgrade to Priority Mail with insurance for an additional fee (up to $15.50).

Priority orders placed before 1:00 PM PST are processed within 24–48 hours and typically arrive in 3–6 business days.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and exclude weekends and holidays.
PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped from our California warehouse within 6–10 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

We ship to select countries including Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK, and more.

International shipping rates are based on discounted carrier estimates.

Wavegrace is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or additional taxes once the package leaves the U.S.
LIMITED LIABILITY

Wavegrace’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s) at the time of the order.

We are not liable for delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier unless you purchased Priority Mail with insurance.
